The price is higher than assessed
The net price on the invoice is above the approved price. These are often small amounts on single lines, and they are easy to miss when the car has to move on.
App for body shops
Claimix checks suppliers' invoices against the insurer's approved assessment, line by line. So you can see where the price is higher than assessed, and where a part was never assessed at all.

Supplements to request on this claim

The problem
Parts are assessed before the invoice arrives, and the figures do not always match. If the difference is not requested as a supplement while the claim is open, the workshop usually ends up paying it.
The net price on the invoice is above the approved price. These are often small amounts on single lines, and they are easy to miss when the car has to move on.
A part was added that was never assessed. It has to be requested from the assessor before it can go on the invoice to the insurer.
The invoices are in the mailbox, the assessment in Forsi and the bookkeeping in e-conomic. Comparing them line by line takes time you rarely have.
Supplement check
The supplement check is the first module in Claimix. This is how the flow is meant to work, and today all of it can be seen on demo data.
The supplier's invoice is fetched from the mailbox you already receive it in, and the lines are read from the PDF. If the lines do not add up to the invoice's total, it goes to a manual check.
Each line is linked to the claim and compared with the approved assessment by OE number. If the number is an alternative, Claimix asks you to confirm it.
Each line gets a status: within assessment, below threshold, over assessment or not in assessment. You decide the minor difference threshold yourselves.
Claimix puts the e-mail to the assessor as a draft in the workshop's own mailbox. The workshop manager reads it and sends it. The supplement does not go out by itself.
Requested, approved or rejected: it shows on the line and on the claim, so you can see what is missing. If you have agreed a credit note with the supplier, it is followed too.
Claimix reads from e-conomic and shows whether approved supplements made it onto the invoice to the insurer. Claimix does not write to your bookkeeping.
Claimix is a tool to help you. It is you who judge whether a supplement should be requested.
